"I have known Dwayne Voegeli for four years.  I've found him to be honest, caring and a good listener.  He shares my concern about factory farms moving into Winona County.  Factory farms pose a danger to our ground water and do not make good neighbors.  Over the past few years, our county board has allowed the progression of large corporate farms to crowd out our struggling family farms.  I know Voegeli is concerned about this issue and I know he will work to stop it."
